The Salisbury, Maryland community is mourning the loss of David S. Wade, who died on April 18, 2026, after a small aircraft crash in Lawrence County, Ohio.

Authorities reported the incident around 2:20 p.m. in the Hanging Rock area near the Scioto County line.

David S. Wade was flying a 1987 Mooney M20J and was the only person on board at the time.
